Annett Zinsmeister

Annett Zinsmeister is an artist, architect and author living in Berlin.

She studied fine arts, architecture and cultural and media studies at the University of the Arts and Humboldt University in Berlin and at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. She has been teaching theory and design practice as well as experimental design since 2003.

Annett Zinsmeister has become internationally renowned for her interactive spatial installations, immersive visual works and numerous interdisciplinary publications. She has received awards and research grants in art, architecture and cultural technology.

Her works have been included in international biennials (e.g. Istanbul 2016, Orléans 2017), exhibitions and collections worldwide among others at MoMA - Museum of Modern Art in New York.
