The curator and culture manager Katja Aßmann is Artistic Director of Spreepark Art Space in Berlin. She previously served as Director of the ZKR - Center for Art and Public Space and as Artistic Director of the decentralized art organization Urbane Künste Ruhr. After completing her studies in Architecture and Art History, Aßmann took on a central role in the International Building Exhibition Emscher Park. She was the Director of the Visual Arts and Architecture Program for the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010 and Managing Director of the state initiative StadtBauKultur NRW. Her curatorial interests have consistently centered around the link between urban planning and artistic approaches and strategies.

Hilke Marit Berger is a Research Associate at City Science Lab at Hamburg HafenCity University, in cooperation with the MIT Media Lab in Cambridge/USA. She directs the Urban Academy in cooperation with the African Center for Cities in Cape Town. As an urban researcher, her work spans the intersection of cultural studies and urban planning, including practices of participation, questions of collective urban design, co-creation, and digital art. She leads the CityClimate meets CreativeCoding project and holds a deep interest in artistic research, methodological diversity, and unfamiliar collaborations. She serves on multiple juries, and has developed, coordinated, and collaborated on several artistic and scientific projects, for festivals, theaters, universities, and government agencies. She lectures internationally and contributes to various publications.

Melanie Bono graduated in Art History and Sociology and has since conceptualized and realized numerous exhibitions in Germany and abroad as a curator. She served as Deputy Director and Curator of Contemporary Art at the LWL Museum of Art and Culture in Münster from 2010 to 2014. The relationship between urban space and art has always been and continues to be a focus of her work. In 2015, she joined the Goethe-Institut where she initially headed the International Residencies Department in Munich, among other things. Following a stint in London, she took over as Director of Cultural Programs East Asia at the Goethe-Institut Korea in Seoul at the end of 2019.

Silvia Fehrmann has overseen the DAAD's Artist Program in Berlin since January 2018, until 2022 she was also responsible for the fields of literature and film. Previously, she served as Deputy Artistic Director of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin and was a member of the Artistic Directorate from 2007 to 2017, where she was responsible for communication and cultural education and curated numerous projects, including "Schools of Tomorrow". Previously, the German-Argentinean held positions at the Goethe-Institut Buenos Aires and at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz in Berlin. She is co-speaker of the Working Group of German International Residency Programs, a member of the Berlin Council for the Arts and the Historical Advisory Board of the State of Berlin.

Michelle-Marie Letelier is a Chilean artist and researcher. She lives and works in Berlin. She studied Art at the Universidad Católica de Chile, has been a guest student at the Experimental Media Design program at the Universität der Künstle Berlin and a resident of the Goldrausch Künstler*innenprojekt. In 2022, she teamed up with the collective Dirty Ear Forum, an experimental platform for sound research and acoustic practices. Letelier's work has been shown around the world at biennials, galleries, museums, and other institutions. Her work has received grants from the Ministry of Culture and Arts of the Chilean Government; Deutscher Künstlerbund e.V.; Goethe-Institutes Chile-Canada-Norway; IFA-Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen and the Berlin Senate.

Professor Dr. Renée Tribble is head of the Department of Urban Development, Land Use Planning and Design Processes in the Spatial Planning Faculty at the TU Dortmund University of Technology. She is also an independent urban planner, founding member and shareholder of PlanBude Hamburg and Projektbüro Hamburg. In her work, she focuses on participatory urban development and process design, cooperative planning processes and urban practice. Her academic background includes a degree in Architecture from Bauhaus University Weimar and a PhD in Art and Urban Planning from HafenCity University Hamburg, which she completed in 2021.
